Voicemail

The University has installed an Octel Voice Messaging System to provide Voice Mail service to Students, Faculty, and Staff. If you wish to have Voice Mail service, contact your department to obtain permission and notify the Office of Information Technology via our Help Desk at extension 2920.

Local and Long Distance Service

The University provides local and long distance phone service.

For Faculty & Staff

General Information

The Telecommunications Department is responsible for supporting telephone services and related requirements for the University community. This includes dialtone, telephone sets, telephone billing, call processing, voicemail, cellular/wireless services, and the overall cabling infrastructure.

Features

Features include: 3-way calling. Call Forwarding, 8-Party Conference Calling, and the digital D-Term Station phone.
