The University provides an online directory that houses the e-mail address, phone number, and campus address of all University employees. Access is available to the general public from the University home page, www.sju.edu, in two ways:
- Enter a last name in the Faculty/Staff Search box and click go, or
- Click the Directory link in the page footer.
NOTE: Because of security concerns, student information is not available through the public online directory. Valid SJU users can access the student directory only through the MySJU portal.
Using the Directory
The online directory is simple to use. The easiest thing to do is enter a last name into the appropriate "Last Name" box and click the Submit button.
The directory will display all of the entries with last name Smith:
Scroll down, if necessary, to find the person you are looking for. You can click directly on the e-mail address to start composing an e-mail message addressed to that person.
